Residence awards

The Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity of the Ministry of Culture , in collaboration with the Directorate-General for the Promotion of the Country System of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and with the network of Italian Cultural Institutes abroad, promotes residency awards for young Italian creatives in the fields of art, architecture, design and curatorship.

Italy's oldest public residency award, which encourages the talent of young Italian artists through a stay in the Big Apple.

Dedicated to two young Italian architects in order to professionally investigate issues related to urban reuse and regeneration.

PREMIO MOSCA

Dedicated to two young Italian curators who work in the visual arts and architecture sectors, through a stay in the Russian capital.

PREMIO BARCELLONA

It offers two young designers the opportunity to explore the themes of eco-sustainable and low-impact design in the Catalan capital.

PREMIO ITALIA-CINA

It offers two young Italian artists the opportunity to spend a two-month period in Beijing and at the same time encourages dialogue between the two countries.
